Summary

If we have not started work, you get everything back. If we have, you pay for what was done and nothing more. Domains are the one thing we cannot refund, because the registry has already been paid.

1. Right of withdrawal

Colombian consumer law gives you five business days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Within that window, and before work has started, we refund the full amount without asking why.

2. Monthly plans

Cancel at any time and the service runs until the end of the month you already paid for. We do not refund part of a month that has been used, and we do not charge you for the next one.

If the site was never published because of a delay on our side, we refund every month you paid.

3. Design work in progress

Once we have started designing, a refund covers the part not yet delivered, assessed against the stage the work has reached rather than a fixed table. If we miss an agreed date by more than two weeks for reasons on our side, you may cancel with a full refund and you keep whatever has been produced.

4. Not refundable

• Domain registrations and renewals. Once registered, the registry has been paid and the money cannot be recovered. The domain is yours and can be transferred away freely.
• Third-party licences bought on your behalf, such as commercial plugins or templates.
• Accounts terminated for breach of the acceptable use policy.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back by the same method you paid with. Bank transfers and Nequi are sent within five business days of approval. Card refunds are issued through Stripe within five business days and usually appear on your statement within a further five to ten days, depending on your bank. We do not deduct any fee from what we return to you.

6. How to ask

7. Statutory rights

This policy sits alongside your rights under Colombian Law 1480 of 2011 and does not replace them. Where the law gives you a stronger right than this policy, the law applies.
