Why we exist

Most small businesses in Colombia get one of two deals. Either a template site for almost nothing that nobody maintains and that disappears when the hosting expires, or an agency quote that costs more than a year of rent. Neither is useful to a shop, a workshop or a clinic.

So we do it differently. One monthly fee, no setup cost, and we keep the site working. If you stop paying, you keep your domain and we hand over your files. Nothing is held hostage.

What we run

Our own servers with cPanel and LiteSpeed, nightly backups and free SSL certificates. We are part of WebServ, which operates the infrastructure. That means your site does not sit on a reseller account somebody else controls — when something breaks, we have root on the machine.

Things we will not do

• Register your domain in our name. It goes in yours. If you leave, you take it, free.
• Raise the price at renewal. What you agree is what you pay.
• Charge to hand over your files. Leaving is a supported operation, not a penalty.
• Sell you a plan you do not need. If a cheaper one fits, we say so.
• Disappear. The most common thing we are asked to fix is a site whose developer stopped answering.
